Samme says: "I encourage visitors to write their what ifs..., Let your imagination run wild! Peace!" From the WhatIf BLOG to the BetterIf site:
What if people were go to the "BetterIf" website and answer the question,
"What would make your personal community better for all?"
Then they can consider becoming "Dual Global Citizens (DGC)" which has nothing to do with where you live but is a way of helping communities become better for all!
